What??? Even on a tiny bore brush? Yeah, don't order that stuff and select shipping. We highly suggest that sort of order for in-store pickup only.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will only ship our products to authorized firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing from Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.
IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NON-LICENSEE (FFL). Any non-licensee (FFL) is required to have any and all firearms (rifles, pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to us by email at sales@poppiesguns.com.
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS). Orders older than thirty (30) business days with no FFL provided will automatically be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will not ship serialized lower receivers to the state of California.
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will not ship ANY serialized items to the state of Massachusetts.
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois.
Illinois: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.
Minnesota: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic centimeter are prohibited.
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.
Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico.
Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:
• Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Massachusetts
Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:
• California
• Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York
Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:
• California (No “assault weapons” can be shipped.)
• Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York

- All inventory is sale in our store or available from a warehouse. The website sometimes takes 1/2 hour to update with live inventory, so it's possible an item will sell in store and still show as available online. In the event this happens and we can not fulfill it in a timely manner your order will be canceled and your card refunded.
- In store prices are frequently different from online prices. Most of the time lower, but not always. Purchases in store are eligible for a 3% cash discount that will not be applied to online purchases.
- Pricing errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct the price or cancel any order if this occurs.
- WE DO NOT SHIP AMMO OR BATTERIES. If you purchase these items on our site they will be held for pickup in the store and will not be refunded.
- Orders held for local pickup NOT picked up within 30 days will be returned to stock with no refund.
- Returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee and will only be accepted at our discretion, with the exception of shipping damage.
DELIVERY VERIFICATION
An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Shipping Time
Most orders of in-store items received before 5:00PM will ship the next day, provided the product ordered is in stock in our store. If the product ordered is coming from our warehouse it will ship within 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Poppie's Gun & Pawn, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
